An example for error "material translation not found"

Hi,

In fact, you need to define a material for each pixel range (from 0 to 
200 in the case off hoffman brain phantom which is include in the 
example folder)

ex :
   5
   0      0       Air     false  0.0  0.0  0.0  0.2
   0      33      Lung    false 1.0  0.0  0.0  0.2
   33     53      Breast  flase 0.0  1.0  0.0  0.2
   53     75      Plastic true  0.0  0.0  1.0  0.2
